Based on HeartMath’s 20+ years of published, peer-reviewed research on the science of resilience, The Resilience Advantage program provides a powerful skillset and engaging technology to prepare you to thrive in a world of flux, challenge and opportunity. The training is given when we have 6 or more participants. The duration is 6 weeks, 1h30 once a week. Normally the duration of each module is between 1h and 1h30 (it depends on the level of participation and/or if the training is given in person or by Zoom).

We all wear one or more masks in different circumstances, at work, with friends, with strangers. But who are we really? Which masks weigh us down? The one of anxiety? The one of the person who is always strong? The one that doesn’t use its voice? Would we like to get rid of some of them?
Throughout this workshop in a place of respect and compassion, we will explore heart coherence, meditation, sharing, but also our vulnerability. And so we will take the opportunity to let go of some of the masks we have been wearing for years and rediscover our true essence of who we really are.
